You weren't designed to pursue your calling alone.
WOAH Collective is a Christ-centered community of women who want to grow in faith, build meaningful friendships, and faithfully pursue the things God has placed on their hearts.
Our six-month Momentum Groups bring together four women for weekly accountability, honest conversation, prayer, and consistent support that helps you turn good intentions into action.
New groups begin January 2027 · Matching begins in December

You don't need more information. You need people in your corner.
You've read the books. Saved the podcasts. Written down ideas… somewhere in one of your notebooks. Maybe you even know what your next step is.
But knowing and doing aren't the same thing.
And even if you’ve started the doing, it’s the sticking to it that’s often the struggle.
Maintaining clarity, courage, discipline, and momentum is tough when you're doing it on your own. It's easy to overthink a decision when no one knows you're wrestling with it. It's easy to let something important slide when no one is going to ask you about it next Thursday.
And even when you do have people to ask—smart friends, supportive family, great colleagues, or a strong professional network—you may find their advice doesn’t come from a place of shared values.
There’s real value in honest feedback from women who aren't as close to the situation as your family or best friends. Women who will pray with you, help you see another perspective, tell you what they really think—not what they suspect you want to hear. A sounding board you can trust. “Built-in hypewomen” when it's time to take the leap.
And not just when you're talking about work.
Because life doesn't divide neatly into personal, professional, and spiritual categories. Neither do we.
That's why Momentum exists.
Meet your Momentum Group.
Momentum is a six-month, Christ-centered small-group experience for women ready to grow and make meaningful progress alongside others committed to doing the same.
You'll enter with 1–2 meaningful goals you want to pursue. They might involve a business or career, a ministry, a creative project, your spiritual life, your health, your home, or simply something you know you've been putting off for too long.
But your goals are only part of the conversation.
We talk about real life.
The decision you're wrestling with. The difficult week at work. The prayer you've been praying for months. The exciting opportunity you're afraid to take. The family situation weighing on you. The win you want someone to celebrate with you.
You'll meet with the same small group each week—women who gradually learn your story, know what you're working toward, remember what you asked them to pray about, and care enough to ask how it's going.
Small on purpose. Consistent on purpose.
Each Momentum Group includes:
4 intentionally matched women
Small enough to actually know one another.

I'm Interested in January MomentumNot a networking group. Not another community to consume.
There are plenty of places to exchange business cards, download resources, or ask for advice.
WOAH is built around a different idea:
We believe that before we can benefit from meaningful community, we have to be willing to build it.
So Momentum isn't just about finding women who will invest in you.
You're committing to invest in them, too.
Show up. Ask good questions. Share what you've learned. Pray for someone. Follow up. Give honest feedback. Celebrate another woman's win without comparing it to your own. Offer your gifts. Keep your word.
Contribute more than you consume.
That's how a group of women on a weekly Google Meet gradually becomes something much more valuable:
A trusted inner circle.
And it's why you don't become a WOAH Collective member simply by signing up.
You become a member after completing Momentum—six months of practicing what it means to Be The Community.
Ambition looks different when the Kingdom comes first.
We love women with ideas.
Women who want to build things. Learn things. Serve people. Grow spiritually. Lead well. Create beautiful homes. Raise families. Start businesses. Strengthen marriages. Launch ministries. Write books. Get healthier. Become more disciplined. Give generously. Take risks. Use their gifts.
We don't believe ambition and faithfulness have to be at odds.
But we do believe our faith should govern our ambition—not simply accompany it.
So when we talk through decisions together, profit isn't the only consideration. Neither are status, speed, recognition, or conventional success.
We're learning to ask better questions:
No woman in the group has all the answers.
But we can surround ourselves with women committed to seeking them from the right place.
We’re iron sharpening iron.
Imagine where you could be six months from now.
Not because somebody handed you a perfect five-step plan.
Because you kept showing up.
You had women invested in your growth, accountability partners to remind you that what you’re working on matters. You talked through decisions instead of endlessly circling them. You kept putting one foot in front of the other, taking your next right step, and then another.
You prayed together. Learned from one another. Shared resources. Got honest when things were hard. Celebrated progress. Got back up when something didn't work.
And somewhere along the way, the women who started as your “Momentum Group” started becoming your people.
Six months later, my hope is you can look back and see how far you’ve come together. That you can point to real progress on something God placed on your heart. That when you look around, you’ll feel gratitude for the women who helped you get there—knowing you helped them get somewhere, too.
Those are the transformations WOAH is intentionally designed around.
I created the kind of community I needed myself.
When I left my government career, I set out to build something of my own that would better align with my priorities in a new season of life.
For years, I'd had deadlines, responsibilities, training pipelines, performance metrics, colleagues, and (too many) bosses who knew what I was working on. Suddenly, that structure had to come from… me.
And I'm someone who genuinely loves learning. Give me the books, podcasts, Bible studies, notebooks, personal-development exercises—all of it.
So it was fun to dive into something new and learn all about marketing, hospitality, real estate, and small business ownership.
But I started realizing I couldn’t camp out in learning land forever. More information alone wasn’t going to help me accomplish what I set out to do. I had to dig in, get serious, and turn that learning into action.
What I needed was focus. Clear vision. Accountability.
And I needed people.
Specifically, thoughtful Christian women I could walk with, who could see the whole picture—faith and work, relationships and decisions, goals and fears, what I was building and who I was becoming.
Women who would encourage me, but also challenge me. Women whose perspectives I could trust because we shared a desire to honor God above everything else. Women who would remember what I said I was going to do and ask me about it later.
Well, God answered my prayers and started placing these women around me. Then he showed me opportunities to Be the Community they needed. By hosting events, writing newsletters, organizing meetups, and bringing women together in guided Momentum Groups, WOAH Collective was born.
What our founding Momentum women are saying
“I have valued the chance to speak with people who listen to me and respond to the questions I didn’t even realize I was asking. I love the curated focus group periodically focused on MY project, and getting to think about and deeply engage with other businesses, too! The community feels real and personal—not for show or competition—and makes my goals feel real and worthy.”
— Bianca, Founding Member
“A supportive group of likeminded yet diverse women who carve out time to be a sounding board for each other. I value the honest feedback I get from kind, discreet, entrepreneurial women, and the culture of creativity that stems from an environment of collaboration. Members invest their own time in others— it’s not just a transactional ‘take’ experience.”
— Kennedy, Founding Member
Six months is the beginning, not the end.
After completing Momentum, you'll officially become a WOAH Collective member.
As our member community grows, so will the opportunities to stay connected. Although our Momentum Calls are online, we’re big fans of IRL quality time.
Think gatherings around tables, retreats and workshops, opportunities to serve, events that support what other women are building, collaborating, learning, celebrating, and simply doing life together.
And when another season comes when you could use focused accountability again, you can return to Momentum.
Because ultimately, WOAH isn't about completing a program.
It's about becoming the kind of woman ready to Be The Community wherever she goes.
